Blackberries not synchronizing BB address book

Hi,
A recently deployed BES server is not synchronizing the address book with Black berries.
Some of the blackberries do have the option "Wireless Sync" in the address book option, some don't.

The ones that has it, I made sure it is turned on. Tried resetting the BBs, resending the service books.
No change.

Any  ideas??

This only work with user's adress book inside his mailbox on the Exchange server. That's the one inside "Inbox - Your User" if you look at his Outlook. Address books in Personal Folders she may have will not get synchronized.

Other things you may check if above does not help:
- is your SP level of Exchange the same as the one on the BES server (talking only about the Exchange service pack here)
- is version of your cdo.dll on the exchange the same as the one on the Exchang eserver?

Please look into error log files on the BES specialy the one that includes MAGT in the filename and post some errors here if present.
