flexigrid drop down

Hello Experts,
I am having an issue with the drop menu which appears on the flexigrid to add/delete columns from the grid.
For some reason the drop down disappearing before I can click on it. Also there is a gap between the div and the bottom of the th.
I have tried using the same doctype as the example page but still not doing it right.
Can someone please advice

On another note, this is a broken link:
<link href="include/facebox/faceplant.css" media="screen" rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" />
get rid of it. You also are no longer using the jeditable javascript, so remove it as well.
