Update for Windows 2008 x64 failed (KB950049). Hyper-V RC1

I am trying to install the KB950049 Update on one 2008 x64 server to update Hyper-V from RC0 to RC1 and the udpate fails for some reason.

This is the output, does anyone know why this might be?
