My client is not able to use Vista with IE to view camera, Sony ssent me an update but it's erroring out with a generic "Upgrade Sequence Error". I have shut down the firewall in windows and I have been using a LAN local XP Pro PC to attempt the upgrade, all instructions have been followed. Suspect Symantec System Security 2006 Software to be the problem but I have dissabled all functions of this software . Any Idea's?

Bruce,
What is the serial number of the camera. Only cameras with a serial number starting with 120001 use the 3.1 firmware.
