vpn to ASA5100 show down and ghost interface appears NVI1

I have a 871W which is behaving strangely.

1) NVI1 is not in the config but it appears in output of sh int br with same ip as FastEthernet4

The NAT Virtual Interface (NVI) feature, is identified by the addition of an ip nat enable configuration to interfaces that apply NAT or PAT.
