FAULT 940 on Xerox phaser 7400, what is it?

I recently replaced the black imaging unit in my phaser 7400, as soon as I did it gave me error "fault 940"

Can someone please tell me what this is and if I can fix it.

Waste toner auger rotation failure.

Thanks! with this I was able to jiggle the waste bin a little and unstick the problem. I need a new waste bin but this definitely pointed me towards  getting it working in the meantime.
