Have you restarted?  Try upgrading to Service Pack 1? If already running service pack one... perhaps uninstall / reinstall if this is a fresh install....

Exchange 2K7 SP1 yes it is installed.  I am going to recommend we do the reinstall and reboot but this is a production server and we would have to wait until Friday.  Thats when we have time to take down a production server.  I will give you an update and thank you for the suggestion.

For more info Server Techs ran the KB948016 update Rollup upgrade of Exchange 2K7.
