Transfer photos Sanyo SCP 3200  cell phone to PC

I own a Sanyo SCP 3200 cell phone.  I would like to download my photos stored on the phone using my connection cable to my windows PC.  If that is not possible, I would like to use Blue Tooth or another means to transfer the photos to my computer.  I am using Sprint.

I've been having trouble downloading the User's Manual from the Sanyo web site. (the Sprint web site links to the Sanyo site for the Manual)

I know that with my phone, they make it so that I cannot download photos without connecting to my service provider through the web and paying them their a fee both for the connection time and again for the actual downloads.

I was hoping to find that your phone avoids all of that, but I have googled and yahooed for another source for the manual and have come up empty handed.
