I just uploaded a php file which resizes and generates thumbnails to our live server and I get the following error "[function.getimagesize]: could not make seekable". I have googled and researched but can not find what this means. Note: This works fine on my local server.

Any ideas or pointers,
Cheers,
Freddie

Are you using a remote url or a local filename as rgument for getimagesize. Doe the two php-versions on your and the remote server differ?

Thank you for pointing me to the right direction. On my local server the path of the source file was pointing to a URL. I changed that to the server path and it worked like a charm.
And yes the versions of PHP were different. I assume that would explain why it would work locally but not on the live server.

Thank you again,
Freddie
