Change language MS Word

Hello,
I have MicroSoft Word 2003. I am trying to let the program lists Arabic ( Example: File, Edit..etc )
Check the attach files, please. I do it arabic. so where is the problem?

Note:
In the picture, it shows the old name for login ( sulaiman ) but I remove before this program when It was that login.

I remove Office 2003 and restart the computer, then install it. The same problem.

I am using Windows XP for this computer. It is my friend's computer.

Firstly the login details will be stored in the registry.
So when you uninstall/re-install the system will grab some old data from the registry.


Do you have Arabic installed on Windows not just Word?
You will need to add it into the Regional and Language Settings via Control Panel.
