We have an sonicwall SoHO3 firewall. Up to now, we had all smtp trafic forwarded to out exchange server IP. We just got a sonic wall spam filter server and I changed the smtp trafic to go to the IP of the spam filter.
The problem that we are having is that we are not getting any emails going to the spam filter box. We can tlent to our IP from outside and it would show that it connected to the Sonciwall filter, but it would disconnect in les than 5 seconds.
When we change the forwarding back to the 192.168.1.5 address ( our exchange serer) emal comes in to the exchange without any problems. Any Ideas. ?
