Export Distribution List

I'd like to maintain a distribution list in Lotus Notes, and then be able to make it available to MS Access in order to generate emails to send to that distribution list.

I'm looking for some general guidance to get started.

Provided that my IT department would allow it, how might I export a distribution list from Notes to perhaps an Excel or CSV format where Excel/Access could get their tender little hooks into it?

Any help with this would be appreciated.

Thanks!

SInce it is just a text list, all you need to do is use copy and paste of the names to Excel directly.

open the group Not in Edit mode, and simply select all the names, use copy and paste them wherever you want.

If this is a lot of groups, you could use a small agent to  do the work for you.

I hope this helps !

Thanks for input.   I should have specified that I wanted to do this as automagically as possible.  Could you describe more briefly about the agent?
(The cut and paste approach might work initially.)
