Google checkout XML API

Hi

I am having some queries reg: Google checkout could u please help me.

i can place my order with google checkout and i can get back to my application from there.
i have changed in my Merchecnt Settings to work this.

Now my problem is it has to return the results that my order has been placed or not.
i nees status of the order. how can i get these details. please help me.
