How to enter Mac's Bios if there is one ? like Windows based Pc's

I recently got an Apple Machintosh in my director's office and i would like to know if there is anyway to enters bios stage like in the windows based computers. if anyone can give me an answer it would be helpful

OSX has a bootloader which is quite similar to a PC Bios but it not to be tinkered with if you're unsure of what you are doing .. read more here

What are you trying to access the bootloader for??
