Function stripHTMLtags(HTMLstring)

Set RegularExpressionObject = New RegExp

With RegularExpressionObject
.Pattern = "<[^>]+>"
.IgnoreCase = True
.Global = True
End With

stripHTMLtags = RegularExpressionObject.Replace(HTMLstring, "")
Set RegularExpressionObject = nothing

End Function
%>
