Unable to create Exchange backup

I have the HP Data protector version 6 as a backup solution.
The file system backup works fine however i have a problem creating backup for the Exchange(Both server and single Mailbox).
When i try to create a new backup the following message appear " Unable to browse instances, script failed, cannot get information from remote host"

I have installed all the patches and did all the troubleshooting regarding network connection, the exchange server is visible from the Backup server and i have did all the troubleshooting steps regarding user rights .

I appreciate any help.

Dataprotector 6 is still not certified for Exchange and Windows Server 2008.
Try to use backupexec or netbackup

the problem was solved by adding the path on the exchange server.

Checked and found that the path for the eseclib2.dll file is not specified under environment variabe\path . So, set the path C:\Program files\exchsrvr\bin in the path and rebooted the server. The databases can now been seen and can be successfully backed up.
