Trying to export a users mailbox using ExMerge fails instantly w/ error 0x8004011d

This questions is for a problem that arrose after a previous post ID: 23499680.

After repairing the database successfully, for some reason, a single user cannot save/add/delete/change anything in their calendar. First are these event logs:

Calendaring agent failed with error 0x80040219 while attempting to open the status message. If the user is a delegate, the access rights to the mailbox might not be set up correctly.  Otherwise, the calendar for this mailbox could be corrupted. This could be fixed by moving the mailbox to another Exchange server, or exporting the calendar to a Personal Folder File (.PST), and re-importing this into a new calendar.

I found another experts-exchange.com user had the exact same problem, (http://www.experts-exchange.com/Software/Server_Software/Email_Servers/Exchange/Q_21648853.html)  and fixed it by using ExMerge to export the mailbox to a .pst, create a new exchange mailbox, then import the data back into the new mailbox.  The only problem is i cannot run ExMerge. It fails immediatley after starting. Here is the ExMerge.log:

I have followed the following steps to ensure i had access to that mailbox:

I even did a no-no and removed inherited permissions from the IS and gave my account complete control, and removed any explicitely denied permissions. I have restarted all associated services after each permission change, one time even rebooting the server, yet ExMerge still fails.

1- What am i doing wrong for ExMerge to fail?
2- Is using ExMerge even the best way to approach the problem?

If you don't already have one, suggest creating an additional mailbox store. Then use the "Move Mailbox" to move the mailbox to the new store. Then...move it back to where it originally came from.

Exchange is installed on a 2003 SBS. Only one mailbox store can exist.

I have already followed those steps.I just verified that i did it correctly.

After finding another posting about the issue i am having, it seems the permissions were not correct. The article @ http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867503 shows you how to add the permissions to the user account, but does not tell you to make sure the Group's that user account is associated with is not also explicitly denied. This account was part of the Domain Admin's group, which is explicitly denied. Problem solved.
