Not from Exchange...that I know of. Maybe with some sort of script or something...but I do it from Outlook. A little unorthodox, but it does the trick.
Open Outlook and create a few new Contacts folder...under your default Contacts folder. Call it "Contacts2" or something. Now move all of your contacts in your default Contacts folder to that one. Your Contacts folder should now be empty.
Open the Address Book. Choose "All Contacts" from the drop-down list. Highlight all the Contacts. Right-click them and choose "Add to Contacts".
Go back to the file menu in Outlook. Choose "Import and Export". You can follow the the choices all the way through to have those contacts exported to a .csv.
After you've done that, go back to your Contacts folder and delete all those entries...and repeat the same procedure for "All Groups" and "All Users". Once you're done, copy all your contacts that you placed into the Contacts2 folder...back to the default Contacts folder.
A bit unorthodox and there might be a better and easier way...but it works.
