10060 connection attempt errors on one specific website

I have ISA 2004 installed and configured.  I've noticed an error when trying access a client website.

Error Code 10060: Connection timeout
Background: The gateway could not receive a timely response from the website you are trying to access. This might indicate that the network is congested, or that the website is experiencing technical difficulties.

I have yet to experience this with any other pages, at least that I have been made aware of.  Any suggestions would be appreciated.  This error occurs over any machine on our private network.  From the public network it works fine.

The articles above are good.  I would also highly recommend that you run the latest ISA BPA tool.  This will help you discover possible configuration problems as well as give you good advice on how to fix them.  

Generally when I have seen errors like this it is one of three things:  A problem with DNS, an intermediary device is blocking the site or the site is down.  

With that in mind, can you get to the site using just its IP?  Do you have an intermediary device which does filtering or firewalling which could be blocking access?  Have you verified the site is up and/or has not changed?
