Cannot log into web view in exchange

I an new to Microsoft's Exchange server 2007 and have a user that cannot log into their mailbox from the web. Also I don't see how to reset the password in the case that the user simply forgot the password. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Find the User in Active Directory Users and Computers, right-click it and choose 'Reset Password'.
