Is it possible to add a footer when using @mailsend?

I use @mailsend to send out notifications of form creations in a database to wide distributions.  It works well, but we have been notified that all corporate emails have to have a specific footer which includes specific text as well as the name and phone number of the sender.  If the form has my name and phone, can a 'final text' be added to the email, after the doclink, including this information?

I am sorry...I thought it is from Mail db.
For this to accomplish, have a profile document for each user.
while sending mail, get the details of the logged in person from this profile document and send the mail.

For this to accomplish, you need to create a new form with
Name, store common name of the user
Phone No:

new View with first column sorted with Name...
display as commonname.
second column will be phone no.,.
create couple of documents..

and before mailsend,
res:=@Dblookup("":"Nocache";"";"NewViewName";@Name([cn];@UserName);2);
@If(@Iserror(res);"";res);
@MailSend(
SendRptToTesting;
CopyToTesting;
"";
Title;
GlobalComment ;
"comments"+@NewLine+res;
[IncludeDoclink])

do some testing and R&D, you will get the result...
Make sure, when ever there is a new person, you need to create a profile document.

What you are asking is a signature of the user.
In the mail preferences, you can set the signature details.
There is a chance the user can delete this and send. Apart from this, you can have a generic footer (disclaimer) for your company.
It is very difficult to have a dynamic details for each user.

I have a signature set in  mail preferences of my email.  However, I am sending mail out of a database that is not my email, and although it goes out under my name as if it's coming from my mailbox, it does not bring in my signature.

In the database, the form has a button that launches an agent with @mailsend code behind it.  The agent sends a doclink to the recipient with some dynamic detail from the form in the body of the email.  Here is the agent code:

@MailSend(
SendRptToTesting;
CopyToTesting;
"";
Title;
GlobalComment ;
"Comments";
[IncludeDoclink])

Is there any way the contents of the 'res' field can go AFTER the doclink?
