Print Icon Greyed out when trying to print an email

Good Afternoon Everyone,

One of our users is having a problem printing emails from outlook 2003. The print icon is only greyed out when he opens the email and tries to print it. It is also greyed out in the File>Print.
 Although this is happening he is able to do a file>print from the inbox, in other words it is only greyed out when an email is opened. When you right-click on an email in the inbox and try to print that way it says to open the email to print it, which obviously we cannot do.

Any help would be appreciated.
