When purchasing Microsoft Exchange does Microsoft offer support plans?  Specifically, something like a yearly subscription where I can call or email a technician for help.

Here is the microsoft page where you can submit support requests: http://support.microsoft.com/gp/assistsupport

There is not a support plan where you can pay a lump some and have as much support as you'd like to my knowledge.
