Problems with Backup Exec 12, Quantum PX502 - using direct Fiber Channel

Hi,
I am configuring a Server to be used as my Backup server it is running Windows 2003 SP2 and has all the latest patches and updates.
For backup software I am running Symantec Backup Exec Windows Servers 12

The Tape library is a Quantum px502 hooked to the server via Fiber using a Emulex 9802 PCI-X card.
in Device Manager the Emulex 9802 appears to be configure correctly, however the Tape Library is showing up under Medium Changers - Unknown medium Changers,  I have tried the quantum drivers and updated Backup Exec to see if either drivers will work.  But no dice.

I feels as if I am overlooking something as this should be a simple setup...
any thoughts or advice is much appreciated!

Thanks in advance,
G

connollyg,
I actually had to update the firmware on the robtic library and the DLT-S4 Drives.
This opened up some more options on the tape library. and backup exec was able to see the 32 slots.
Thanks for replying.
