Yes, you can use the Exmerge tool to export the mailboxes to PST files, and then use Powershell on Exchange 2007 to re-import them to the Exchange 2007 mailboxes. The only requirement is that the PST files will be exported and imported as per the file name, and the file name of the PST must match the user's Exchange alias on their new mailbox.

Import information through PowerShell: http://msexchangeteam.com/archive/2007/04/13/437745.aspx

No you export the entire Exchange database using Exmerge, then reimport it at the other end.

If you want to export just one user's mailbox, the easiest method is to open it in Outlook, then use the Import/Export command on the File menu to export that single mailbox via that method.

TSE - Thanks for that, I am fully aware one user can be exported through EXMerge; I must have been thinking about something else at the time!

Thanks
