Basically we have three arrays in which each has a access rule for FTP. This issue occurs on all three arrays but for which EMEA the filter is unticked. I have unticked this also now for the APAC array and requested the office to test.<br />

Furthermore the rule in APAC is nr 4 out of the 6 access rules that we have and is on top of the outgoing HTTP/HTTPS rule. Above the FTP access rule we have company specific access rules.<br />

For EMEA the FTP access rule is nr 22 and the outgoing HTTP/HTTPS access rule is nr 7. &nbsp;

I have setup rules which allows certain users to FTP. However they find that each time the FTP is either transferring very slow or disconnects. <br />

Any idea why this happens? seem to be a known issue as others are also having similar problem. <br />

FTP Slow or disconnects  through ISA 2006
