The problem is because of the domain controller Global Catalog.<br />
I have introduced a new domain controller and made it the Operation master and removed the old from being global catalog. Somehow the exchange was affected, i had to make the old one global catalog again .<br />
The problem is that the exchange is not seeing the new domain controller in the directory access automatically, any idea why?
