    Using XP in Report Smith I am receiving Access violation at address 7c901010 in module ntdll.dll read of address 00000114 when exporting a file?

    Try installing Service Pack 3 to resolve that.

    Answer: Installing a no longer supported OS onto a PC that came with a still supported, better OS is certainly a waste of time. Just install Windows 7 again. Or may even be able to upgrade to Windows 10 for free.
