MySQL explain statement in MS-SQL

Hi experts

is there something similar like the MySQL Explain statement in MS-SQL?
I know there the MS Query Analyzer, which is only part of the enterprise management studion. Unfortunately I don't have a that.

in MS SQL QA, you have the "show estimated execution plan" to show the estimate (without running the query)
in MS SQL QA, you have the "show execution plan" to show the estimate (will show the effective ep after running the query)

in ms sql management studio, you have the same things, only the second one is called "included execution plan".
