Cannot open .CSV file using Excel Mobile

I cannot open .CSV files Using Microsoft Excel Mobile on windows 5.0 Mobile devices, does anyone have any idea why or know of a viewer I can download and use...........Freeware or otherwise.

I have tried creating .CSV files using different versions of Excel but can't open any of them

Thanks, but I have installed this version 6.1 but it will still not let me open a .CSV, the message I receive is: There is no applocation associated with "file name", Run the application fiirst, then open this file from within the application.
I can find no way of doing this using Excel Mobile.

Thanks again, I have trid this as well, Installed Pocket Tweak and associated CSV to XLS, when I try to open it again it now launches the excel application but says: An error has occurred reading "File Name" because the format is not recognized.

We have tried different CSV's created in different ways, all work in the same way
