Dear experts,

Does anyone know of or have used any good tools/checklist for performing a Health Check on a SBS2003 server? I have heard of (and used) MBSA but it doesn't quite cover all the stuff I want.

Things I want to know are e.g.
1. Size of exchange databases and individual mailbox
2. Remote access security
3. SQL database & security

Preferably a free tool because this could be an one-off.

Thanks in advance.

You should be using the SBS Best Practices analyzer:  http://sbsurl.com/bpa

But that won't give you those particulars either.

1. Size of exchange databases and individual mailbox
These items are reported in the standard SBS Usage Report that you can view from the SBS Server Management Console > Monitoring and Reporting snap-in.

2. Remote access security
What exactly are you looking for here?  Normally you would check your network security with something like ShieldsUP:  https://www.grc.com/x/ne.dll?bh0bkyd2

3. SQL database & security
For SQL, you'll need to use the SQL Server BPA.

Thanks Jeff, I know the SBS Usage & Performance report and the BPA but thanks for the rest.
