Deploy Volume Shadow copy through a script

I am looking for a way to deploy Volume Shadow Copy for a client with over 50 users i want to know how to push down VSS to all my users without having to install it on each users computer mannualy.

I'm using a script to deploy VSS and then do robocopy backups on about 50 laptops to a central server.
If you have domain admin rights it's just a matter of copying VSS to the remote system.
I use the "cp" command from Cygwin for doing the actual copy.
