How to route entire email domain to a user

I am trying to determine if Exchange 2003 (or any other MTA) can be configured to forward all email from a particular DNS domain to an individual user.  An example would be  all emails that originate in the example.com DNS domain are sent to a user for review rather than the specififed recipient.

Thank you.

Exchange 2007's Hub Transport functionality would allow you to create a Transport Rule (Basically the same as a rule that would be defined in Outlook, but at the server level) which would allow you to route all mail from a specified DNS domain.

I don't believe this functionality is available in Exchange 2003.

Thank you.  I will add this to the list of reasons to upgrade to Exchange 2007.
