Well, their page lists quite a few possible reasons for failure:

*****************
 Your email was rejected by the mail system for one of the following reasons:

    * the recipient address was unknown

    * there was no valid authentication prior to sending mail via this mail system (Please note that since April, 3rd 2006 POP-before-SMTP is no longer available!)

    * the email originated from a known dynamic IP address (Dialup-, DSL-, Cable- IP)

    * the sender or the recipient address was blocked by this postmaster

    * the sender IP address was blocked by this postmaster or is contained in a public blacklist;

      the list ix.dnsbl.intra is a copy of the dynamic black list maintained by the NiX-Spam project of German IT journal iX (details); at http://www.dnsbl.manitu.net/ you may check if an IP address is contained in this list;

      the lists pbl.dnsbl.intra (Policy) and xbl.dnsbl.intra (Exploit) are copies of black lists of the Spamhaus project, at http://www.spamhaus.org/zen/ you may check if an IP address is contained in these lists;

      the list t1.dnsbl.net.au is a copy of the T1 black list of Reynolds Technology Pty. Ltd., at http://dnsbl.net.au/search/ you may check if an IP address is contained in this list;

      the other lists *.dnsbl.intra are copies of SORBS blacklists; at http://www.nl.sorbs.net/lookup.shtml you may check if and why your IP address might be contained in a list

    * the sender IP address could not be resolved to a domain name in DNS (PTR record), or the resulting domain name (A record) does not point back to the same sender IP address

    * the HELO message of the sending MTA does not conform to RFC 2821

    * the attempt to send a test bounce message to the sender address failed (callout check)

    * the recipient has activated SPF record validation for his account, and your email was not sent from a published email server IP for your email address domain

    * the email did not conform to RFC 2822

Please note that emails will be filtered for viruses
********************

The most likely reasons are:

incorrect email address - double and triple check the addresses, try sending to one at a time see if they both bouce back or one of them goes through.

the email originated from a known dynamic IP address - do you have a static IP?  If so, then this is not the reason, but if you have a dynamic IP, then there isn't much you can do as they are rejecting all mail from dynamic IPs.

the sender or recipient address was blocked by this Postmaster - contact their Postmaster - see if they are blocking emails from your address or to these recipients for some reason.

next group - check the link they provide and see if your IP is blacklisted for any reason.  If so, they will list steps on how to remove it from that list.

sender IP could not be resolved - very doubtful as you have checked this with your provider.

You're limited in what you can do on your end.  Check the addresses, check with your provider on whether you have a dynamic or static IP, check the blacklist.  Other then those, you would need to contact their Postmaster to see why/if their end is blocking.

this is what i found when i enter our ip (i just changed a few number) on http://dnsbl.net.au/lookup/ However, our format is john.doe@fl.newworldtravel.com could it be a problem if we have name on the space exchange.fl.newworldtravel.com. but, i do not think so because it is only with this domain @kiwitours.com . Please let me know what you think and thanks for your help. bu

dnsbl.net.au query was : 65.218.135.108
Reverse DNS lookup for 65.218.135.108 is exchange.fl.newworldtravel.com

Warning: Supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /var/www/html/lookup/index.php3 on line 151
65.218.135.108 IS NOT directly held within the dnsbl.net.au database
We directly import and use, several external sources of well maintained data.
Your IP address may be listed on one or more of those lists.
If you have poor security, or have been greatly abused, you will probably be on many lists.
You must follow their processes and procedures to get removed from each of those external lists.
You must determine which list/s you're on, and ask the source database to remove your entry.
The t1.dnsbl.net.au is an aggregated summary of all the lists detailed below.
All the dnsbl.net.au lists have their own specific pages detailing a great deal of information.
Please DO NOT CONTACT US about removal processes.

That is not a bad report - looks like their standard verbage when an IP is NOT in the database - essentially they are saying that you're not on their list, so go look elsewhere for the problem.

Especially as this is only happening with kiwitours.com I really think they (Kiwi Tours) either have those email addresses set up improperly, or somehow are blocking emails from your domain.  Your next step would be to contact the IT people at Kiwi Tours and get them working on it from their end.  They should be concerned if a valid (or potential) customer is unable to contact them.

I tried but things did not work when i use those commands. Is this should be done from the exchange box?
I send an email to the IT guys @ kiwitours. and I explained them that this is only a problem when i have the Florida office sending out emails to them. This is what they reply to me. Below is our orginal IP. Just be careful. He is talking about creating an A records, so this must be done in DNS correct? Please help me if this is correct. Thanks.
Dear Fausto,
I have contacted our Internet Provider and he sent me following message.
It's in german but I hope you have somebody who can translate it.
I think the important message is this:
Make changes in your mailsystem:
Change the name to "exchange.fl.newworldtravel.com" and the IP in
A-Records in 65.218.133.180.
Sorry my english is not so good, but i hope you understand it.

That sounds correct.  Since it is your Exchange server, it should have a pointer for your IP address to exchange.fl.newworldtravel.com.  This points that specific IP address to your Exchange server.  If you have a pointer with a name, like john.doe.fl.newworldtravel.com, then it won't go to the exchange server.

Here is a good article on A records, how to find and test them:
