Could someone PLEASE!!! email me the swing migration kit again, I downloaded it and lost it in a drive crash. tried to contact them and it was bought threw a client i no longer support but they paid for it as part of my payment and now its lost. I am in the process of a swing and am lost...

This is not an attempt to get a free copy. I legitimately paid but lost due to my own error.

Please!!!! if there is anything you need or i can help you find let me know...

Have you tried contacting Jeff Middleton at Swing Migration? He is a very helpful fellow. I hardly think it would be appropriate, nor is it allowed by Experts-Exchange, for us to send you a copy. Since the contract period is 90 days I would be quite certain they would have a record of your companies purchase.

Well, the customer and i are no longer communicatig and will end up in court. this was part of the payment i didn't receive. Without getting too much further into it i will withdraw my question.

Perhaps you had an arrangement with the customer but the contract for Swing Migration would exist between Swing Migration and the paying customer. It is not transferable, and not intended to be used for multiple projects, unless you buy the more expensive technicians kit, which would not be in the end user's name but rather the support companies name. Sorry but these rules are basically copyright rules to protect the original vendor.

No need to apologize, its not your place. We were billed for its use and it NEVER WAS. We since parted ways and the need for it came again and I remember having it(Paying For It). This is a fourm, i asked, you answered. Not a big deal.
