WMIPRVSE.exe Process

To All,

I have SQL 2005 server and there is a process WMIPRVSE.exe that taking 10% of my CPU resource. What is this WMIPRVSE.exe process and how can I disable it. I try to kill it but i'll come backup.

It is the WMI provider service.  It will return when killed.  You can look at this link:
