DHCP RAS entries

MS 2003 Standard server -
In DHCP the address leases is showing a RAS entry for almost every address that is leased to users. We use a Netgear VPN solution, but currently only 3 users with admin rights have access to VPN into the network.
Any ideas how to fix this and what can cause these RAS entries on DHCP? Internet connections is also very slow.

DHCP and RAS do not seem to release the entries.
Assign a block of addresses in RAS, and don't let it use DHCP.
RAS manages it's own addresses just fine.

Hi Carolchi, Sorry for my belated reply. I was out of office for a while. Thanks for your advice. I fixed it however by stopping the routing and remote access service. I do not use this currently.
