CRM mailbox/email holding bin growing

Hi, we have been using CRM 3.0 with the Exchange routing tool successfully for several months now, this last week I've noticed the 'crm email holding bin' or mailbox is catching all email regardless of whether or not its been tagged in the CRM, basically a copy of all emails are being sent there...... its growing out of control, I've no idea how it started, why or what i can do to resolve this ASAP.

After further investigating it seems that a copy of all incoming emails are being forwarded here, non CRM tracking emails, which makes this even more confusing ?!?
