Basically this error has been happening when some employees are returning emails. We are using Outlook 2003,As a result i have to go to Tools-&gt;Options-&gt;Mail Format and select Use Microsoft Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages. It doesn't happen with all emails they reply to just certain ones. Also all employees have 2 picture logos in their signature so this could have something to do with it as well. All suggestions welcome
