Is it possible to automatically generate technical documentation (e.g. class listing) for a large C++.NET solution?

We have a very large C++.NET solution that is completely undocumented from a technical point of view. Is it possible to generate at least some starting point documentation automatically? Alternatively what methods might we employ at this stage?

for a start you can use the tool called sandcastle from microsoft. it generates documentation similar to microsoft books online. all the classes and methods etc.

This tool is highly customizable although its learning curve takes more than sandcastle
