HP 1055 Plotters will not print using PCL drivers
We have two HP 1055 Plotters and they will not print using any PCL driver. The PS works fine but it takes longer then what the PCL drivers use to. We installed a new print server, new HP 1055 PCL drivers and still have the same issue on both plotters. How can we get these plotters to use the HP 1055 drivers without an issue?

Yes, it is correct. It is a 1055CM Plotter.

I tried contacting them in a chat and they will not help because they say HP does not cover this model anymore.
the only thing i can suggest then is testing with drivers for similar models

We are running XP Pro. Yes, we have drivers for the model installed.
Not clear what you mean - are those working drivers? if so - what is the question about ?

Only PS drivers work and the PCL drivers fail even after reloading.

Downloaded them from HP and they worked fine up until a month ago.

Do you think the XP 1055 PCL drivers would be better?

Installed the Microsoft XP 1055CM driver and can print with the PCL driver, thank you.
