Printer settings such as paper size are governed by entries under the registry key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\DevMode.  To get the desired values, manually set each printer to use A4 and then export that registry key.

You can then set the values using a logon script such as the one in this article:

The key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Printers\DevMode doesn't store information in friendly easy-to-read strings.  It uses long and unfriendly binary values.  Thus my suggestion that you make the settings changes manually on one machine, then export the values and set corresponding ones using a logon script.

You can test this by exporting the key to a .reg file, then changing the paper setting.  Importing the first .reg file will change the paper setting back.

so i  find in the regitry the next key :

devmodeperuser
devmodes2

so i have manually apply necesary changes in on each printer , i have export the devmodes2 folder keys , but still same problem , no reflection on the changes on the new pc where i have restore this keys.
