I am looking at the Csco 7600 router range and the Catalyst 6500 switch range. One of the key consideratiosn is the Supervisor module.

What are the key differences between the Supervisor modules ? Is it just that the 720 gives me more bandwidth/backplane than the 32 ?

Also, does the 7600 router range and 6500 switch range use the same SUpervisor modules ?

TIA
