Yes I'm 100% sure. And yes, same result with OWA.<br />
Just something I noticed is that the oldest message doesn't have any sender any recipients any message body and any date.

Did he change machines or anything like that? If so it is possible that his last unit was storing the messages locally.

One of my users have don't have any sent items before January anymore. I checked, he didn't delete it mistake, the Autoarchive is not on and didn't find any .pst on his computer...<br />
