I have posted an example of my two Citrix Access Gateway systems log files, the first running 4.5.2 works well able to view - download & see user activity. On my other system running 4.5.6 I'm unable to see any user activity. I have tried with the log filters & log priority settings no help.

Our experience with Access Gateways was that it didn't automatically support either load balancing or automatic failover. We had to buy an Advanced Edition to get those features. With Standard Edition, you are only going to have one CAG servicing users.
