Hi Experts,
I have just got a job with a big firm and i have been asked to give a presentation.The areas i have been asked to cover are as follows:
1.Provide information on how i plan to carry out system troubleshooting tasks and make recommendations to avoid future occurrence of similar problems,
2.How i plan to document all system changes and incidencies according to incident and enhance standards and procedures
3.How i will strengthen existing information systems to enhance efficiency,coordination and carry out systems integration,
4.How i will ensure that enhancements to applications are carried out in accordance with agreed procedures and standards
5.Implement all security levels as stated in the IT security standards manual.
Iam now seeking ideas about how to approach or rather plan this presentation.Would someone please help me with relevant issues that i should talk about.The presentation will be done before the board of directors and senior IT professionals.

Thanks guys for shading some light,i must say i did not really know to which domain i was surposed to post this question but nevertheless i have used your ideas to comeup with something i will use to present.The solutions were not all that comprehensive but they have helped.AS for creating a matrix,i do not fully understand how i could resolve the issue using the matrix.
