I dont have this program installed and i pretty sure it is adware or spyware or some virus.

How can i get rid of this thing.

i have tried a few of these and it didnt find it!

Try all of them - if nothing is detected, what you have is either beyond recovery and requires reformatting, or it is a legitimate program that you unknowingly installed.  Did you install anything for handling CDs?

i installed Nero 7. I have not deleted it and the issue went away.
