manage licenses in windows 2008 server

i cannot find any license manage program to manage licenses in windows 2008 server. I am just talking about your standard CALs not terminal services. and some assist in locating the program to assist.

In Windows Server 2008 you do not have to tell it about your standard user/device CALs. For legal reasons, you must correctly purchase and keep the CAL certificate - as proof you own the CAL - but you do NOT need to enter any information into the server. Windows Server 2008 Standard Edition is designed for small to very large organizations - so Microsoft simplify the procedure by not requiring CAL numbers to be entered all the time.

The only exception is, as you have mentioned Terminal Services.
