I am not experienced on the JUNIPER NETWORKS platform, and have to do some discovery at a site that is having issues with a Juniper Appliance. &nbsp;We are being called in blind, so we do not know the type of device, model #, or anything.<br />

I do not know whether the appliance is a firewall, or a VPN specific device, but I was looking for some best practices on how to FOOTPRINT and gather data (config, IP addresses, access-lists, policies, etc...) on the Juniper platform. &nbsp;I am asuming that the configuration details are the same for the platform across all appliances, but I may be wrong, so if the details for footprinting are different for a <br />
