exchange 2003 email address show x400 or x500 information

Hi, I built a exchange server 2003 recently and i found this on outgoing internet email:

From: test smith3 (IMCEAEX-_O=UASC_OU=WASHINGTON_CN=RECIPIENTS_CN=TSMITH3@uaa.com)
Sent: Wed 6/25/08 10:33 AM

do your guys know how to fix it? it should only show:
From: test smith3

i found out this user mailbox has x400 and x500, other users with x400 seems fine, only these x 500 information is carried out.
